HR Specialist & Career Coach
Hi, I'm Aya
I'm an HR specialist and career coach based in Beirut, with 6 years of experience in human resources. I've assisted more than 3,000 job seekers and work with clients across Lebanon, the GCC, and Africa, all online.
My mission is to help early-career professionals, job seekers, and career changers navigate their path, build a strong personal brand, and land the right job.
Bridging candidates and recruiters
I see hiring from both sides. Many candidates have the right experience but don't know how to present it, while recruiters have only seconds to decide. I help you tell your story in the language recruiters look for, so your experience becomes your biggest advantage.
